Last weekend, I facilitated a workshop where participants were guided in the making of a “spirit-deer” mask. The process was quite intensive and took place over the course of 2 days, with the intention of a group performance/showing at Trout Lake Day on June 23rd. Here is a photo of a mask in process:
And here are some finished Spirit Deer! What a success; everyone who participated got to keep their mask and any costumes they pulled out of the dress-up box!
