Keynote Presentation– Re-imagining Mental Health. An interactive presentation that collectively explores the connection between Art, Creativity, Mental Health and Healthy Communities. Due to the experiential nature of this presentation, it can also be considered a “workshop” for a large group of people.
Physical Theatre for Life – Available as a “one-off” or designed as a process that develops into a performable piece, this physical theatre workshop can also be modified to fit ANY age group from from 3-4 yr olds, kids, youth, adults, to a multi-generational experience. This workshop offers participants a variety of theatre games and exercises that promote physical and emotional awareness as well as “connection” skills through loosening up and finding comfort in vulnerability. Like any social and interactive skill, these can be learned and practiced to help overcome anxieties, recognize non-verbal communication, promote self discovery, mindful risk-taking, team building, critical thinking and creativity. Also it is FUN!
